At Timepieces International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your timepiece or jewelry does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the necessary return documentation.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box with all certificates, manuals, and tags attached, then pack it securely in a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the return label and ship the package using a trackable method; we strongly recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the timepiece.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
